IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

  • WHS Sober Grad Night is a "Zero Tolerance" event. Any graduate, regardless of the age, choosing unacceptable behavior will have their parent called and will be picked up by the parent and/or counseled by local law enforcement. 
  • Only graduating seniors from Whitney High School can attend. STUDENT ID IS REQUIRED AT ENTRY. Graduates must check-in at the venue between 10:30pm and 12 midnight to be admitted. 
  • We will do our best to notify parents if a graduate on the list does not check-in. Graduates (regardless of age) will NOT be allowed out of the event boundaries until 4:30 am unless accompanied by a parent. Our volunteers will do our best to ensure that students do not exit or enter during the event until 4:30am but are not held liable if that happens. 
  • Graduates will not be permitted to attend this event unless a parent/guardian signs the waiver(s) and emergency information as part of registration regardless of student's age. The signatures specify that graduate and parent/guardian approve and agree to all the rules listed. 
  • Bags/belongings will be searched and bags will be required to be left at bag check. The graduates may access their bag with help of a volunteer. NO ALCOHOL, DRUGS, TOBACCO, WEAPONS, LIQUIDS OR OUTSIDE FOOD on the premises. All open containers will be confiscated; please leave perfumes, hand sanitizer, water bottles, etc. in your car. 
  • Photos may be taken by the volunteer team at the event and used in promotional materials and/or shared with the attendees.  
  • Finally, we strongly recommend that a student does NOT drive themselves to and from the event. Driving exhaused can be compared with driving drunk.

I understand that the Whitney High School Sober Grad Night Event is conducted through its committee and volunteers.  In consideration for the services provided through the Sober Grad Night Event, I hereby agree to release and discharge all parties referred to as WHS Sober Grad Night as follows:

  • I voluntarily choose to allow my child to participate regardless of the risks in participating in the WHS Sober Grad Night Event. I understand and acknowledge that the Event includes activities with a risk of injury, including the risk of physical injury or death. I expressly agree to accept and assume all risks arising from or relating to my child’s participation in the Event, including the risk of acts or omissions by WHS Sober Grad Night constituting ordinary or gross negligence. I assume these risks both on my own behalf as parent or legal guardian of the child I am registering and on behalf of my child’s own rights.
  • I hereby voluntarily release, forever discharge, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Whitney High School Sober Grad Night from all claims, demands, or causes of action, brought by any person or entity, arising from or relating to my child’s participation in the Event, including any claims that allege acts or omissions by WHS Sober Grad Night constituting ordinary or gross negligence. 
  • I acknowledge that this agreement extends not only to any rights I may have as the parent of my child, but to my child’s own rights as well. This release form is completed and signed of my own free will with the purpose of granting my child/myself to participate in the Event.

Who can attend this event? Only graduating seniors from Whitney High School can attend. STUDENT ID IS REQUIRED AT ENTRY.

When is the event? The event is on Friday June 4 from 10:30 pm till 4:30 am. Graduates must check-in at the venue between 10:30pm and 12 midnight to be admitted. 

Where is the event? The event is held at Roseville Golfland Sunsplash which is located at 1893 Taylor Road in Roseville (see map here). 

What activities are available? Admission includes unlimited access to all these activities (some activities may not be available the entire night - we will publish the schedule closer to the event):

  • Water Attractions: Twin Twisters, Black Holes, Stealth, Vortex. Riptide and Wave Pool will be added once we have over 200 registered.
  • Laser Tag
  • Mini Golf
  • Free Play Arcade
  • Casino: Blackjack, Roulette, Craps
  • Caricature Drawings
  • DJ
  • $5000 in Prizes: There will be 2 raffles - one for all attendees and a separate one for the casino.  All graduates will receive a goody bag of treats and a gift card.


Will food be provided? We will provide pizza, drinks, breakfast, and tons of snacks to keep you fueled throughout the event.  

What should students bring? In order to expedite checkin, please only bring what is listed below:

  • Whitney High School student ID
  • Appropriate swimwear
  • Towel
  • Sweatshirt (much of the event is outdoors)
  • Change of clothes (recommended)
  • Closed-toe Shoes (for entry and lasertag)
  • Flip flops (for water activities)
  • Cell phones and wallets are allowed

What items are not allowed at the event? NO ALCOHOL, DRUGS, TOBACCO, WEAPONS, LIQUIDS, OUTSIDE FOOD, FEMININE PRODUCTS OR DEODORANT (we will provide in the bathrooms) on the premises. Bags/belongings will be searched and bags will be required to be left at bag check.  Graduates may access their bag with help of a volunteer throughout the night. All open containers will be confiscated - please leave perfumes, hand sanitizer, lotion, water bottles, etc. in your car/at home.

What if my child needs to leave early? Graduates will NOT be allowed out of the event boundaries until 4:30 am. Parent volunteers at the event will do their best to ensure students do not exit or enter (without our knowledge) during the event, but will not be held liable if that happens. If a graduate becomes ill, we will call the parent contact to sign them out and pick them up. Illness will be the only reason for graduates to leave early - if your child calls asking to be picked up, we ask you tell them no.  It is very difficult to manage 300+ students going home at random times due to the locked gate.

Can graduates drive to / from the event? We strongly recommend that a graduate does NOT drive themselves or friends to and from the event. Driving exhaused can be compared with driving drunk.

Your credit card information is secure through Webconnex, a payment provider that processes over $5B in transactions for 50k organizations. Local organizations such as the Whitney Ranch HOA have been securely using them for over 7 years to collect payments for HOA events.
